      <description>&lt;p&gt;For a long time, I believed growth meant changing myself.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Becoming better.&lt;br&gt;&#xA;Fixing patterns.&lt;br&gt;&#xA;Improving how I showed up.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;And for a while, that worked.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;I became more aware.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;More disciplined.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;More intentional in how I responded to situations.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;From the outside, it looked like progress.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;But something about it always felt incomplete.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;There was a moment recently where I noticed something subtle and familiar — a comparison with someone I admire, and the quiet uncertainty that followed.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;In the past, that would have triggered a response.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;I would have:&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;ul&gt;&#xA;&lt;li&gt;tried to reframe it&lt;/li&gt;&#xA;&lt;li&gt;talked myself out of it&lt;/li&gt;&#xA;&lt;li&gt;worked to “fix” the feeling&lt;/li&gt;&#xA;&lt;/ul&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;This time, I didn’t do any of that.&lt;br&gt;&#xA;I noticed it.&lt;br&gt;&#xA;And then I didn’t engage.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
